Where can I find the necessary information about this loan?

In collaboration with our partners, a loan agreement has been drawn up outlining the terms between you and Blue Current. The founders of Blue Current have signed this agreement. Once you register, the agreement will be sent to you by Sharefunders via DocuSign for your signature. You can sign it digitally, making the loan a legally binding contract.

In samenwerking met onze partners is er een leningsovereenkomst opgesteld waarin de afspraken tussen jou en Blue Current zijn vastgelegd. Vanuit Blue Current hebben de oprichters deze ondertekend. Zodra jij je inschrijft, wordt deze overeenkomst via DocuSign door Sharefunders naar je toegestuurd ter ondertekening. Je kunt deze digitaal tekenen, en daarmee is de lening een bindende overeenkomst.

How is the legal processing of the loan handled?

Hoe werkt de juridische afhandeling van de lening?

To prepare the agreement, we ask you to provide the following details in the registration form: your name, date of birth, address, email address, and of course, the amount you wish to lend. In DocuSign, you’ll also be asked to enter the IBAN where the interest payments should be made. Please note that this must be an account of which you are the owner or beneficiary.
If you are investing through a company, we also need the company name, registered office, and Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number.

Once you have signed the agreement, you will receive the signed version from DocuSign. If you follow the payment instructions contained in it and Blue Current has received the funds, you as an investor have fulfilled all contractual requirements. This means the signed agreement serves as legal proof of your investment.

Zodra jij de overeenkomst hebt getekend, ontvang je van DocuSign de ondertekende versie. Als je de betaalinstructie die daarin staat opvolgt en het geld door Blue Current is ontvangen, dan heb jij als investeerder aan alle voorwaarden van het contract voldaan. If Blue Current goes bankrupt, this loan becomes part of the company’s debts. Loans with collateral are repaid first, followed by the others. Realistically, if Blue Current goes bankrupt, it is likely that the proceeds from the bankruptcy will not be sufficient to fully repay the loan.

Als Blue Current failliet gaat, vormt deze lening onderdeel van de schuldenpositie. Eerst worden de leningen terugbetaald waarop zekerheden zijn gevestigd, en daarna volgt de rest. Sharefunders specializes in assisting companies in raising growth capital. Sharefunders was also involved as an advisory party during the equity round in 2022. In this investment round, they handle the contractual processing between Blue Current and the bondholders.

Sharefunders is een bedrijf dat is gespecialiseerd in het begeleiden van bedrijven bij het ophalen van groeikapitaal. Sharefunders was ook betrokken als adviserende partij bij de aandelenronde in 2022. In deze investeringsronde verzorgen zij voor Blue Current de contractuele afhandeling tussen Blue Current en de obligatiehouders.

Why is Blue Current working with Sharefunders?

The agreement and campaign information are only available in Dutch, so only Dutch-speaking investors can participate in this loan. The agreement also includes a declaration that the origin of the funds complies with anti–money laundering (Wwft) regulations. Furthermore, investing is only possible via a bank account in your own name and from a bank within the SEPA payment system.
